Rethinking Resource Sharing.
Inspiring Librarians. Empowering People.

The Rethinking Resource Sharing Initiative is an ad hoc group that advocates for a revolution in the way libraries conduct resource sharing. The group has written a Manifesto for Resource Sharing, which outlines a set of principles that support more open resource sharing.

Now is the time for librarians to seriously re-evaluate how traditional resource sharing practices fit with the lifestyle of current library users and non-users. Rethinking resource sharing efforts lead librarians to analyze the full process - from discovery to delivery and all considerations in-between.
